Graduation at Spirit Temple University is a time of thanksgiving, honor, completion, and celebration. Students who desire to graduate or participate in commencement must meet all academic, administrative, and financial requirements by the deadlines established by STU.
Finish every required course in your program of study.
Complete all assignments, exams, projects, thesis, dissertation, or ministry practicum requirements where applicable.
Maintain satisfactory academic standing as defined by STU policy.
Fulfill all tuition and fee obligations before the graduation deadline.
Submit the graduation application by the required deadline established by STU.
Receive final approval by STU administration and faculty review committees.
Commencement dates and times will be announced by STU administration. Watch official communications for updates.
Graduates may be required to order approved regalia. Details on vendors and ordering deadlines will be provided.
Students participating in the ceremony must follow all ceremony instructions, rehearsal instructions, and arrival times.
Academic honors, if applicable, will be determined by STU based on academic performance and approved criteria.
Graduation or commencement-related fees may apply. These may include graduation processing, commencement participation, regalia, printing, thesis or dissertation review, or other ceremony-related expenses as applicable.
